Description

Boskoop is a dual purpose apple used for both fresh eating and cooking as it holds it shape well when cooked. It produces firm and juicy apples with a sharp flesh and a full, tart flavour. Boskoop is a triploid and will require two pollinators.

Pollination partners include: Cevaal, Egremont Russet, Granny Smith, Idared, Charles Ross, James Grieve.
