Points to note with Blueberries:

Blueberries are extremely easy to grow.

To ensure best yields it is recommended to have P.H. between 4.5 and 5.5. Test your soil and if its not acidic enough, add sulphur, peat moss, pine bark or pine needles.

Blueberries can also be planted in pots and raised beds.

They do not like to sit in waterlogged soil,,

Highbush blueberries can reach a height of between 4-8ft and spread 3-6ft in width.

At least two varieties are needed for pollination purposes. Choosing varieties that fruit at different times ensures an extended harvest window.

Refrigerating blueberries immediately after picking will prolong their freshness.
